PeakForm
An iOS app that turns actively logged routines and passively recorded health data into practical insights for better health.
A personal feedback loop
PeakForm brings together the health data recorded for you and the routines you record yourself. It turns both into an understandable loop: record what happened, follow how your body changes, and inspect the patterns that may help you make a better next decision.

Today
Record the routines HealthKit cannot see on its own: sleep quality, supplements, meals, strength training, and daily boundaries. A timeline and check-in summary keep the day legible without turning logging into the goal.

Physical
Bring HealthKit indicators into one consistent view. Current values, directional comparisons, and sparklines lead into longer-range charts for heart, activity, fitness, mobility, sleep, and recovery.

Insights
Surface a small number of supported changes and relationships instead of another crowded dashboard. Data coverage, analysis period, sample size, and the reason each finding appeared remain visible.
Context before conclusions
PeakForm is designed to make health data useful without pretending it is more certain than it is. Trends remain grounded in time, while insights remain connected to the observations and rules behind them.

Follow change over time
Each physical metric can be viewed across several time ranges, with its latest value, average, minimum, maximum, and an informative reference range shown together.

See why an insight appeared
Association details expose the paired observations, evidence window, sample size, and qualification method. The language stays careful: a useful pattern is not proof of cause.

Keep the longer view
Longer-range views make gradual change visible and place the latest reading in context, helping a single measurement become part of a trajectory.
Useful because it is restrained
Complete the picture
HealthKit remains the source of truth for passively measured health data. PeakForm adds only the routines and subjective context that a sensor cannot know.
Show the evidence
Insights come from curated, deterministic comparisons—not generated interpretations. Missing data stays missing, and every finding must meet explicit coverage and stability requirements.
Keep it personal and private
Health data stays in HealthKit, while manually entered records are stored locally on device. The product is designed for understanding one person over time, not benchmarking them against everyone else.
Built with SwiftUI, SwiftData, HealthKit, and Swift Charts. Insights are calculated on device with deterministic rules, and relationships are presented as associations rather than causes.
